Event Description
Is there a way to get the description, start Trigger, and end Trigger of the event added to the email? It does give the source which is good. The current event doesn't give much insight into what is happening. It doesn't explain why the event is being triggered. Being able to have the description and triggers would be very helpful for sending out to cooperate and field employees.

If you could define additional values to collect at start and end of the event and include those in the email that would also help. It seems this can only be recorded on end of the event and shown in the events table.
