User Options (version 22)
Clicking on the username in the top-right corner of the chart will present the user with 3 options:
- Download App...
- Preferences...
- Logout
Download App
By clicking on 'Download App...' the user will be directed to a new tab where they can download the Axiom Desktop Client. The desktop client can be used in place of using a browser.
Preferences
The 'PREFERENCES' menu allows the user to change the 'Theme', 'Time Zone', 'Locale', and 'PROPERTIES' of the chart.
Theme
There are 4 different themes to choose from:
- Dark (default)
- Canary
- Grayscale
- Light
Time Zone
By default, Axiom will use the local machine time of the client to display data. If a new time zone is selected, the user must log out then sign in again to pick up the time change.
Locale
By default, Axiom will use the local locale setting of the client's browser to display data. If a new locale is selected, the user must log out then sign in again to pick up the locale change.
PROPERTIES
These preferences are the default settings the chart will use when creating new charts. They DO NOT affect the current chart that is currently open.
CHART
The settings in this menu are similar to those found in the Chart Menu>Options with the addition of setting the default 'Chart Duration' and 'Live Mode'.
LEGEND
The settings in this menu are the same as those found in the Chart Menu>Legend. From here the user can set the default attributes they want to appear in the legend.
CURSOR
The settings in this menu are the same as those found in the Chart Menu>Cursor. From here the user can set the default attributes they want to appear as the cursor scrolls across the chart area.
FLOAT LABEL
The settings in this menu are the same as those found in the Chart Menu>Float Label. From here the user can set the default attributes they want to appear in the float label if the feature is enabled.
TREND
The settings in this menu are the same as those found in the Edit Trends Menu. From here the user can set the default properties of the trends themselves, including general properties such as line thickness and aggregates, along with scaling and formatting.
Logout
When logging out, the user may be prompted to logout of the 'ACTIVE DEVICE' or 'ALL DEVICES' if they are logged in using multiple devices/browsers.
