Automated Reports Overview (version 24)

There are two screens within the 'AUTOMATED REPORTS' menu:

  1. Viewer - displays all saved reports that have run
  2. Scheduler - allows the user to schedule a report to be run

Viewer Screen

  1. Report Retention Options - specifies the amount of reports to be saved. The user can choose from the following:
    • Keep All
    • Keep Last 120
    • Keep Last 60
    • Keep Last 30
  2. Refresh - refreshes the screen if any reports have run since the time the VIEWER screen has been opened
  3. Download - downloads the selected report as a PDF
  4. Open - opens the selected report in a new window
  5. Delete - deletes the selected report
  6. Report - displays the applications/charts used in the report and the date/time of when the report was run

Scheduler Screen

  1. Add - schedule a new report (See How to Create an Automated Report in Axiom)
  2. Opens a time picker menu to run the selected report at a specific time. This can be used in case the service was down during which a report would have been schedule to run.
  3. Edit - edits the selected report. Double-clicking the report also allows opens the edit menu.
  4. Delete - deletes the selected report
