Open File Menu (version 26)

Within this menu the user has the ability to open a:

 - Chart

 - Application

from the Public, ReadOnly, or [Username] folder.

• Public - by default, Everyone and the Anonymous user have read/write access
• ReadOnly - by default, only the Administrators group has read/write access. Everyone and the Anonymous user have read access.
• [Username] - Each user has read/write access to their own private folder, only visible to them

Read/Write permissions for these folders and their subfolders are managed within Identity>Security>Axiom Security.

Recent charts and applications will be shown on the left for quick access.

Icons in the top-right allow the user to create new sub-folders, rename, copy, cut, paste, and delete sub-folders and files based upon their permissions for the particular folder.
