Sender can only connect anonymously, cannot connect secure.

Hello,

We have multiple ignition senders connected to 1 historian server. All of the sender services are using ignition collectors and they are all configured the same. 1 of the senders will not connect secure when all of the others will, the ERROR ID is "0 EXCEPTION: System.Exception: Unable to connect to receiver endpoints." All of the senders are set to use "Identity" but that specific sender will not even show up in the senders list in receiver configuration. All of the other senders are in the sender list and set to allow connection. We have checked all firewall rules and can connect using telnet on port 55256 from the sender machine to the historian server. We also can see the traffic when we do a packet capture over the network connection.

We have tried everything we can think of and can't figure out why that specific sender will not connect.

Hmmm...that's an odd one. How many total Senders are connected to the Historian

Are you able to connect to the Admin service on the Historian server using the Admin client on the remote Sender machine? It would attempt to connect to 55273 on the Historian server. Just curious if it is just a Sender to Receiver issue, or if other services also experiencing a connection problem.

We found the issue. The time was not synced up on the PCs and that was preventing it from connecting securely.
