Colored Symbols

There are several symbol categories in Canary (Arrows, Basic Shapes, etc.) where the base color is cyan. When you change the color in the application it still has a cyan hue to it. The base color for these shapes should be white so that if you want to make a shape yellow it doesn't turn green because of the cyan base color. Or make it so that you can actually set the base color of the shape.

    Hi mcewenc ! We use a 3rd party library for all of our symbols so we can't control the base color, but I understand your point. It is, however, possible to create your own symbols and make them available with our Symbol Picker. All of the symbols are of an SVG format and are stored in C:\Program Files\Canary\Axiom\WebFiles\vendors\symbols. If you were to take this route, I would recommend creating a custom folder and each SVG file has to have a unique identification number at the beginning of it as shown here:
