ComAddin Error with Excel

Excel displays a security warning and returns a ComAddin Error after installing Canary's Excel Add-in. How can I resolve this?

    This error is returned whenever the 'Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher' is checked within the Trust Center>Add-ins menu.

     

    To resolve it, you can...

    1. Uncheck this box, or...
    2. Add the Canary Labs Excel Add-in to the Trusted Publisher list by following the guidelines here: Add, remove, or view a trusted publisher
