Ignition Module - Obsolete Tag Function

There is an obsolete function available in the write API from v25.3. 

It would be great if this functionality is wrapped in the Ignition module and exposed as a system function.

This will enable me to completely automate the process of checking if tags in Canary exist in Ignition and obsolete if mismatched. (I know if can just call the API, but then I need the API token exposed)
