• Adjusted returnSize settings to ensure Min/Max calls are not requesting "raw data" to ensure the aggregate was applied to the request.
• Added missing null check on the CanaryHistoryQueryExecutor.hasMore function
• CanaryHistoryProvider.createQuery removes any tags in the query that were not associated to the queried historical provider.  An Error is logged indicating the gateway asked the wrong provider for tag data.
• Addressed reported issue with http timeout exceptions - added configuration for readTimeout, connectTimeout, writeTimeout in the collector config with defaults.
• Handled session error for "Session tag files are out of sync!" where sender sessions did not accept any incoming values.
