Event notification delay

Hello. We have set up many events, and found this issue ongoing.

As above, events occurred around 5 to 6 pm, and we get notifications around 11pm.

The email above includes the exact event start time below. 

I believe the notification is supposed to be sent as soon as the event starts, but

after several testing, we found this delay.

Could you give me some advice on this?
