constant buffering and having to refresh the page

I have been having on going issues with needing to refresh the page due to buffering. I have no issues with pulling up an application or a chart, but after its pulled up I will get about 5 mins of use before the page starts to buffer and I have to refresh the page. Has any one delt with this issue?

    Hi  ,

    That behavior is most likely a deeper issue stemming from the Historian as Axiom is not getting a response in a timely manner. I believe your admin team currently has a ticket open with support to get the bottom of the root cause.
