v24.0.1 Admin\View\Trend is in UTC

I'm in Canary Admin 24.0.1. I went to Views and hit the Trend button. You can see from the data and the trend overlay that the timestamps don't match. It looks like the Trend is reporting in UTC.

    Hi Damon Vinciguerra ,

    I confirmed this is a bug as I was able to reproduce it in my environment as well. This would've been introduced in v24 as I do not see the same behavior in v23. Thanks for catching it!

    This was fixed in v24.2
