I was just curious how development on a linux version is coming? Will the OPC Collector be available on Linux?

      Hi benjamin. reemsnyder ,

I can't give you a time frame yet, but we are working on getting all Canary services to run on Linux, including the OPC Collector. V24 brought about many new changes, and we're still wanting to solidify the stability of the software in a Windows environment before we push it into Linux.

Hello! Could you please elaborate more on the Batch Support? What is Canary working on to support batch production? Thanks

      Hi ,

We are expanding the capabilities of our calculations service by

      • allowing hierarchy in batches
      • allowing parallel processing of events across equipment
      • improving metadata associated with an event
      • improving UI in the admin

And adding functionality to the Axiom TrendGraph control by

      • adding ability to overlay event trends
      • adding ability to trend live events as they are happening
      • drawing events with a relative time based scale
      • pin an event that can be used as a "golden batch"
