Clarify Notify Column for Backfill

Right now, the Notify column in the Calcs & Events > Browse Events shows email addresses for backfilled events even though Canary doesn’t send notifications during backfill. This is confusing because it looks like emails were sent when they weren’t.
Request:
Add a clear indicator or column showing whether a notification was actually sent or visually distinguish backfilled events. Even a simple “No notifications during backfill” tooltip would help.
