Canary User search option not featured in V25
Hi Team,
We used V22 and recently upgraded to V25. It used to be easy for troubleshoot by searching people name in V22 if their name is added on AD group or I can search and add people based on AD name.
In V 25 people name will only be visible in canary admin, user group if that person tried to login to Axiom or canary services. Looking Forword the old service be available in V25.

Hi ,
The way in which we authenticate users drastically changed in v24 with a whole new Identity service. Although we support Windows AD, we are not strictly tied to it. Users can implement other identity providers as we also support OpenID Connect. With the change we now create internal Canary users which are mapped to the external user that comes from Windows AD or whatever your identity provider is. The internal Canary user isn't created until the user logs in.
