Canary Sender - Faulted

Hi Everyone,
has anyone come across this issue ?
The Canary Sender service is failing to start due to locked files.
I tried clearing the temp files but they seem to be in use.
We are using Ignition to connect to an OPC server and using the Canary Sender to transmit to the Enterprise Historian.
Would appreciate any help on this.

We solved this by deleting the datacache in Ignition's directory and restarting the services.
