Axiom Sign in with Azure failing: Version: 26.3.0.26147

Good Day All,
We have a new issue that has popped up. When users are attempting to log into Axiom via the "Sign in with Azure" option, they are getting following....
error:invalid_client
error_description:The identity provider rejected the client configuration. Please verify that your client id and client secret are correct.
error_uri:https://documentation.openiddict.com/errors/ID2147
I confirmed that this happening on multiple web applications. Our active directory authentication method is still working.
Any troubleshooting tips would be much appreciated, thank you in advanced!

When you say "multiple web apps". Does this mean it's failing for non-Canary apps too? Maybe your secret expired? Or someone deleted the Registered App in Azure?
