Add the ability to schedule certain calculations to only run during certain times of the day, such as between 5 A.M. and 9 P.M. 

In our environment, some calculations, particularly those which generate events, don't need to be running during certain hours of the day. Currently, I'm using some of the time functions in Calculations plus NoOutput() to achieve the desired effect, but it would be easier to manage and more resource efficient for the calculation to not run at all outside of the hours that I need it to.
