Error tags OPC Collector

Good afternoon!

We are carrying out a historization project with Canary, and we are experiencing some errors in certain Tags. We would like to obtain support to solve and remove the errors from Canary.

We have two main errors.

The first: ERROR 0x8004041D - Time Stamp is prior to the last time stamp logged. New data has not been logged. 

The second: ERROR 0x80040430 - The Timestamp of the data is a duplicate. The data has been ignored. 

The second error has been occurring frequently.

We would like to know the solutions or possible causes that may generate the error.

    Hi marcos. portela ,

    I would suggest opening a ticket by emailing support@canarylabs.com with the details. Some of our collectors (OPC DA and UA) do not allow for the insertion of historical data as we are expecting the timestamp to move forward. If we receive the same timestamp or a historical timestamp, we discard that value and log the error indicating such.
