Remote Admin App Crashes During Copy

If I use the administrator app to access a remote server is crashes every time I try to copy tags from the OPC collector.  It happens if I ctrl-C or use the copy button on the screen.  If I do the same functions on the historian server I don't have the problem.  Any Ideas?

    Hi james. h. schneider ! Are the collector and historian on the same version? If so, what version is it? I have tested this in my environment and can't reproduce the same behavior.
