Include the URL of the application that created an automated report in the report. This would allow users to quickly open the application and conduct further analysis if needed.

The current automated report embeds a number of elements, including a path and name of the application that created the report.  It would be very helpful if the actual URL to the application was also included.  In particular it would be helpful in cases where the report contains several pages (eg: a long table) that are difficult to show in one png image. Currently only a URL to the png file is included.
