v24 OPC DA Logger Documentation Updates

Hello, is it possible to update the documentation for the v24 OPC DA Logger application. There are a number of questions that it doesn't address. I had to open up a support ticket to figure it out. Thanks.

1. Can you define what the columns in an LCF file correspond to? I can make some educated guesses based on filling in the UI and checking. But it'd be nice if it was explicit.
2. In the Logger Admin, the data type is a descriptive text (like int4 or Boolean, etc.). In the LCF, it's just a number. Can you please add a table mapping the number to the data type?
3. Each tag has a column for Log Rate. Apparently, it does nothing. Which is not what you'd assume. Can you please add a note that this is just a tag property and has no impact on operation of the tag?
