Add a CalculatedByGUID Reference

Add a line for the CalculatedByGUID to the Calculation Status pane for easy referencing of the Calculation's GUID without having to locate the output tags in the Historian. 

This is primarily useful when publishing or requesting data from calculated tags that require a UUID to identify which type of tag is being received.

It doesn't specifically have to be in the Calculation Status pane, but it seems like a logical place for it.
