Repositioning floating label in zoom mode

On v26.1 I noticed that dragging a floating label in zoom mode will zoom the chart based on the mouse down/up positions. This doesn't happen in cursor mode. Similarly in delta mode it will calculate a delta on mouse up.

    Hi  ,

    I'm able to replicate a similar behavior. I found that if I stay within the same vertical whenever I'm moving the float label, the zoom/delta doesn't recalculate. It was only when there was a visible shift left or right of the float label when the screen would update. Regardless, it's probably not the behavior we're intending. I'll make development aware. Thanks!
