Could not start SAF Sender Service
I've been getting this error: Could not start the "SAF Sender Service" with administration endpoints.
Even after restarting the sender service multiple times , the error doesn't go away. Restarted the module on the ignition server as well.
Is this something to do with the authentication system?
What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi liam ,
Typically this means that some other process is using the same endpoint(s) the Sender is trying to use. The anonymous API endpoint is 55253. By default, that is the one the module uses. As a test, you could just disable that endpoint to see if the Sender starts up without any errors. If it does, you could change the port number to something else, then update the Collector config within the gateway to reflect the change.
