I would be useful to be able to see what an annotation contains on a trend without having to click on the annotation. When an annotation is added to a trend the text of the annotation should be visible at all times. That way when a plot is printed to pdf, a user can add annotations and show values at a specific time if the user is sending the trend to someone outside of their organization.
