Use value of an asset tag as a property for all instances of that asset

For example, if I have a 'pipeline1.info.facility id' tag, I'd like to use the value of that facility ID tag as a "facility ID" property for all tags for the "pipeline1" instance of my "pipeline" asset type. This behavior would repeat for all other instances of my asset type which had this tag I defined.

This is useful in scenarios with legacy systems where I might not have control over the metadata coming from the source system but there's a tag whose value has identifying information relevant to other similar tags in that source system.
