Improved Viewing for Identity > External Groups

In Canary Admin UI > Identity Tile > Groups, the External Groups section is basically stuck in “compressed mode.” The pane won’t expand, so you end up scrolling through a tiny sliver of UI to see group mappings. Most of our systems use OIDC now and this makes reviewing or managing external groups a bit difficult. An expandable section or auto‑size capability would be great. Even just a drag-to-resize handle would make life a lot easier.
