Hierarchy view for dependent calculations

In the Canary admin tool, calculations are displayed as a flat list. However, being able to view calculations as a tree view hierarchy can help organize the list. Even better would be to see the tree view hierarchy where dependent calculations are grouped together. For example, if calculation A depends on B, C, & D, and D depends on E & F, then the calc tile in canary admin should show the following:

  • Calc A
    • Calc B
    • Calc C
    • Calc D
      • Calc E
      • Calc F
