Event Property Value for Beginning and End of Event

Is it possible to enhance events capability to include the option for the event property to capture a value at the event beginning, end, or both? Currently if you set the event property to a tag, it will only record the value at the end of the event. Enhancing events to include this option will add great additional value to events especially if your event is setup to identify problems or failures.

If you want to include the starting value that triggered the event, you will need to create a variable expression that you can then pass into the 'Event start' email. The event start email cannot include 'Event Properties', but you can include variables. You will see in my screenshot that I left the 'Event' parameter to 'Not Set' for the variable.

  I see above you can create a variable to include in an email template, however, if I want to display the trigger value on the events table, is this possible? Currently, I am getting values that are not in range of my expression because I believe it is capturing at the end of the event.

  You could create an Event Property then use the StartBound aggregate to find the beginning value of a tag at the beginning of the Event. This does not populate until the Event has concluded, but it would then be placed in the Events table.
