Email Groups within Canary

While we might be able to handle this with distribution lists in our email setups, it could be helpful if there was a way to create email groups within Canary and then use those groups in events. That way, if we have multiple events that should email the same people, we can just use the group name in the event and update the group as needed. Being able to create groups in Canary could be helpful to avoid having to go elsewhere to do that.
