Assistance Required: Axiom Trend Graph Issue

Dear Canary Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with the Axiom Trend Graph software. The software is installed on my system, but when I attempt to launch it using anonymous credential mode with my server name, it fails to load and appears to hang indefinitely.

Details:

  1. Server Name: my pc name
  2. Environment: desktop software
  3. Axiom Version: Axiom Setup 23.2.1
  4. Steps Tried:
  • Launched Axiom using anonymous.
  • Specified the server name.
  • Application failed to respond, appearing to hang.

I would appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any logs, screenshots, or additional details to assist with troubleshooting.

    Can you share a screenshot of where it hangs or if there are any errors in the message log when you attempt to login?
