If this is an Asset Label in the grid you can use that to navigate to a new screen in the application. You would need to set the new screen to the same asset type as the grid on the previous screen. You could then embed a chart within that screen. I would also recommend adding an asset label on the chart screen so it's obvious what asset instance is currently loaded.

When you click on the asset label from the grid screen, it will navigate to the other screen and load the trend for that particular asset instance.
