Screen Height and Width Dimensions Templates

Are there templates when sizing and choosing height and width based on device I want to display it on. For example, what would be the optimal height and width screen size if I want to create an application that will be mainly view on a 13" iPad vs a 17" laptop without having use zoom in/out feature on the bottom right?

    Hi ,

    We don't have any predefined templates for dimensions. You can set them as needed for your particular screen. According to my search a 13in iPad has pixel dimensions of 2732 x 2048.
