Have Axiom folder security be like Tag Security

Tag Security is great. I love it. It makes sense.

Axiom folder security is tough. Folder name fields are free form. It assumes you know the 3 root folders are a given. Inheritance is tricky to visualize.

There's already a great security model in Tag Security. It would be great if Folder security worked just like it.
