Report Admin Can View Generated Reports From All Users

It would be very helpful if the Report Admin feature allowed for viewing generated reports from all users. That way they could check to see if reports are generating correctly. Also, when a report is assigned to a different user, give the option to move all of the generated reports to that respective user, so that they can view the generated report history. Right now, if a report is reassigned, only new generated reports will be available for that user to view.
