Control and supervision systems as well as dashboards are now designed according to  Situationnal Awareness standards. Among other things, bright colors such as red, orange or yellow should only be used to display a problem, an alarms or attract the attention of the operator.

Some controls (ex: Scatter Plot, Bar chart) does not allow us to choose the colors for the trends or dynamically change the color when the value exceeds a limit (the Trends control does that). Default colors are red, orange and yellow and are hard-coded as I understand. 

Would be nice to be able to set the colors the same way as for the Trend Control.
