White Opaque Tooltip Window Option

It is extremely hard to make out the red tooltip value and we want to keep the color consistent with the industry standard (red for gas, blue for water, etc.)

If there was an option to make the tooltip background an opaque white box instead of the transparent clear box it would help tremendously.

I'm confident others experience this same problem so please up vote this so we can get this across the finish line. Thanks!
