Would anyone know how to reset a password from the Canary Administrator tool when it was lost?

    Hi jasper. louage ,

    Unless this is a system we host for you in our cloud environment, Canary does not have any control over password management. We utilize Windows AD out of the box, so if you're using a Windows account, you may need to contact someone from IT.
