Allow Store and Forward Buffer disk location to be changed

Store & Forward Buffer location is fixed on:
C:\ProgramData\Canary\StoreAndForward\Buffer
While I understand the Buffer Disk Space Limit can be set to hopefully minimize the chance of running the disk out of space, having the option to relocate the Buffer folder to a different drive would be an additional protection.

Hi ,
You can change the directory of the entire ProgramData folder if that's of any use. It's not solely the Buffer folder, but it will at least allow you to move it to another drive.
