Improve Axiom.Session error logs

When tags are deleted in the Historian but still referenced in a display or calculation in an Axiom application or Chart, the messages are flooded with errors stating that the Axiom.Session logger can't find the value, as it doesn't exist.  

It would be beneficial to decorate the log error messages for Axiom.Session with the offending chart/application that wants to read this non-existent tag.

It will make fault-finding easier.

    Hi ,

    This functionality appears to work for tags that are taken from the Local Historian View, but not a Virtual View. Not really sure why, but development should probably take a look at it. Thanks for submitting it.
