Sender & Receiver EOL

Starting with version 27 (which will be released in 2027), the Sender and Receiver services will no longer be carried forward. This change will affect customers using Collectors older than v24. Customers will be able to use the last version of 26 until legacy Collectors can be upgraded to use the new Store & Forward service.
