Does Canary have in-database analytics capabilities?

    Hi Eugene.  Canary offers several ways to perform analytics prior to passing data to clients.  Let's see if what we have matches your needs.  Can you tell me more about what you are looking to do?

      Jeff Knepper Hi Jeff, say we want to do predictive analytics to improve process reliability by utilizing Python libraries and ml-models, will that be possible in Canary?

    I would position Canary as more of a data engine that provides either raw or 'pre-cleaned' data to a ML platform than a tool for running ML models within the Canary System itself. 

    One thing you may find helpful... Corso Systems has developed an interface between the Canary API for Python. It is called Birdsong and can be downloaded for free from https://github.com/CorsoSource/birdsong.
