iOS compatibility?

Does Axiom operate on the iOS platforms?  Tried loading up in Safari as well as Chrome.  Both loaded the initial New Chart page, but would not progress from there.

    Hi James,

It does. We test using iPhones and iPads. Now, iOS is more particular when it comes to signing into Axiom as it requires a trusted certificate if trying to login securely using https. But if you're just making an anonymous connection (http), it should be fine.

I just tested using my iPhone and it seemed to work as expected. I created a new chart and added some trends to it. What version of Canary are you using?

I made sure to clear out any extra address items and just went directly to the IP which the axiom client is hosted on and it seems to have worked that way.  Only downside is I'll either have to be on our work networked or remember to VPN to go directly to the IP...but at least I know it can work.

      Thanks

      James

Correct, you would need to be on the network to access it, unless you were going to make it publicly available.

It still is freezing up after i navigate to a saved chart.  Its like I have to continually reload the page or back up to the original launch page.  this is on an iPad Pro running iOS 15.5

I'm using an iPad Air (4th generation) and an iPhone 12. Both are iOS 15.5. I wouldn't think the device would matter if the software is the same. Does this behavior happen on any other device?
