Better support for digital state tags

There was some related discussion here: https://helpcenter.canarylabs.com/t/p8ytgv4/documentationexamples-for-opc-data-transformation and there are some options mentioned there that can help. However, I think there is room for improvement since data transformation from a numeric state to string isn't available in the Canary OPC DA logger and since while Axiom has some transformation, I think it would have to be done each time a digital state tag is used.

Maybe a solution would be a digital state set that could be associated with a tag where when one wanted the string value, they could indicate that and the corresponding string value would be returned.
