Add Data Labels value option for bar charts and linear gauges

In Excel charts, one can add a data label as a chart element. Would it be possible to add that for Axiom bar charts, linear gauges, etc...? I did that for a series of linear gauges I made but I had to put it in a fixed position instead of being able to put it at the top of the shaded area based on the actual value. The attached picture shows an example where I put the value at the very top of the gauge for most of the bars but would really like it just above the shaded area like I did for the first 2 bars. Probably with what I did though of course if that the value box won't move to where it needs to be based on the actual value.
