Connecting to Axiom Via Talk2M Connection

We are currently running Canary version 24 on our PLC.  For security purposes, the PC with the server is not connected to the internet.  I am trying to connect the client to remote computers that are connected to that network via the Talk2M software E-Catcher.  

 

When I use the instructions on the knowledge center, it says host not found.

I can ping the server when connected via e-catcher.

    Hi ,

    I'm not super familiar with Talk2M, but if it can't find the host, then that typically indicates a network issue of some sort. I'm assuming you can connect locally?
