Anchored Origin on a Trend Chart

Add feature to anchor the origin of a trend chart using a specific or relative time/date stamp.  For instance the origin of the chart could be D+7hr for a shift that starts at 7am.  The time duration would be up to 24 hrs but more likely would be the length of the shift.
