How to export RAW data from Canary in Chart Trend

I am attempting to export the "RAW" data from Axiom Canary Labs using a new Chart Trend and a single data point for a 24-hour period.

However, the "Edit Trends" dialog/menu will not allow me to set the "Aggregate Kind" to "None" or "Null".

How can I download the raw data without any averaging or performing any other data aggregation kind on it?

I've attached a PDF diagram to show an example of it.

    Hi ,

When you go to export the data, you will want to set the Aggregate Interval to 00:00:00. When that happens, you'll see the Row Count update to show "Raw". Here is a video demonstrating that: https://vimeo.com/1079953631?fl=pl&fe=sh

I'd be interested to know why you choose to export via Axiom instead of the Excel Add-In.

I didn't know that a Excel Add-In existed for Axiom Canary or is it some kind of ODBC data source?  Is there a video to show how to use the Excel Add-In?

Also, this is for energy application, so super locked down and secure.  I am only doing this to validate the data against the cloud historian I setup.

Oh! Yes, the Excel add-in is great. It's a true add-in. It adds a Ribbon with buttons and UI to allow you to search for tags and data. You can learn all about it at https://helpcenter.canarylabs.com/category/excel-add-in-v25 . It works for Cloud too.

, what do you mean by "It works for Cloud too"?

just that regardless did you have canary on prem or hosted by canary in their cloud, the excel add-in will work.

this Axiom Canary Labs is hosted locally.  You mean that if I had a cloud instance, it would be hosted in the cloud.

Is there a agent that can be ran locally to send the data to the Axiom Canary Labs in the cloud?

Sorry. I think my vague comment caused more confusion. Let me start over.

You can download an installer of the Canary application and install it on your own server (on-prem). You can ask Canary to spin up a Canary instance in their cloud for you (SaaS). Regardless of which option you go with, you can get your data via Axiom, Excel, or API.

If your historian is hosted by Canary, you still install the normal suite of Collectors on your servers (on-prem) and point them to the cloud historian.

      Sorry for all the confusion.
