Store all TVQ

I have a use case where each new value coming into the historian is a unique sample. Sometimes two sequential values might come in that are identical but they are still from separate samples, but the typical behavior of the historian is to not store the second value (because it hasn't changed). I know in PI its possible to store all TVQ at the tag level. Is this something we could do in the Canary system as well?
